The ZCC, in conjunction with the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI) and Bnei Akiva invite you to commemorate Yom Yerushalayim on Tuesday 11 May 2010 at the BA Bayit 72 Singleton Road, Salford, Manchester M7 4LU.
Yom Yerushalayim (Jerusalem Day) is an Israeli national holiday commemorating the reunification of Jerusalem in June 1967. The Chief Rabbinate of Israel declared Jerusalem Day a minor religious holiday to thank G-d for the 6-day victory and for answering the 2,000-year-old prayer of "Next Year in Jerusalem".
Mincha at 8:00 PM followed by Tefillah Chagagit and a speech by Rabbi Kanterovitz.
After there will be a free supper sponsored by JAFI.
